About Me
My name is Brandon Belcher! (He/Him). Im a voice actor, stage performer, and singer of over 20 years experience.Friends and colleagues would describe me as passionate, effective and professional when it comes to my craft. Im easy to work with, and love connecting with my peers to set out and make magic together. When I am working with you, we’re going to go above expectations, and have a fun and joyous time doing it.Ive had countless amazing opportunities to express my talents. Be it performing for people such as George Clooney and Whoopi Goldberg, or home recording in my booth,I’m a creator. My mind constantly works to put the pieces together, and when everything clicks, Its an amazing feeling.I grew up watching early 2000s Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and Disney channel. Some of my favorite cartoons included Code Lyoko, Total Drama Island and Jimmy Neutron.I’m a strong believer of connecting with your inner child. The brilliance of animation is timeless. It Is whimsical, it is colorful, it is musical, and it enlists joy in my heart. It is absolutely what I want to dedicate my life to.My love for animation, combined with my unique voice and singing abilities led to my current dream of becoming a professional voice actor. I want to voice act in video games, television, anime, and various other animations I can contribute my voice to.I have spent a majority of my life dedicated to voice over and improving my skills every day. Learning how to sound natural, how to mix myself with my character i’m portraying to create this new entity. I see myself in bits and pieces in all my characters. I genuinely love what I do.Having a naturally higher male voice, I struggled a lot with voice dysmorphia. Feeling like I never fit in with the crowd, I felt like I didn’t belong. But I didn’t let that stop me or get me down. I used what was unique about me, and now want to base my entire profession around how I sound.I grew up in Long Island New York, and went to college for theater and performance and graduated from SUNY Purchase with a bachelors degree. My hobbies include indulging in reality tv, playing multiple Fire Emblem titles, and getting into fitness and transforming my body by going to the gym almost every day.
